Current Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Associate to join our design team. The ideal candidate would have experience in designing engine emission systems and would be able to work with other team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing engine emission control systems;
• Design and detail engine exhaust components from concept through to production;
• Deliver designs accounting for accessibility, ease of maintenance and optimal utilization of available space;
• Ensure materials are used within safe working limits in accordance with applicable codes and standards;
• Research new technologies and processes to enhance performance, reduce cost and improve product quality;
• Document design functions through detailed drawings/reports;

Qualifications and Experience

• Secondary school diploma – college diploma in engineering or drafting design is preferred;
• 2-3 years experience in diesel engine emission systems manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, welded manufacturing, machining and automation production sectors;
• Advanced level skills for followings software – SolidWorks 3D, Autocad, Trutops Nesting Software, Solidworks PDM;
• Good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welded fabrication, machining, assembly, steel construction and laser cutting technology;
• Preferred certificates in the following: SolidWorks software, CSWP – (Certified Solidworks Professional), CSWPA-WD – (Certified Solidworks, Professional Advanced Weldments), CSWPA-SM – (Certified SOLIDWORKS, Professional Advanced Sheet Metal), CSWA – (Certified Solidworks Associate);
• Good English language skills;
