Tasks
Experience in WebMethods 10.x and above (MUST HAVE)
Extensive development experience using Software AG’s webMethods Designer and webMethods flow language.
Demonstrated integration development experience using web services (SOAP, REST), XML documents.
Good understanding and hands experience on protocols FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, AS2
Hand-on experience on API Gateway.
Working knowledge on Flat File processing.
Working Knowledge on JDBC Adapter
Working knowledge of EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, ODETTE
Excellent debugging/troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Experience in webMethods components such as Integration Server, UM, Designer, API Gateway etc.
Experience in webMethods integration development with webservices soap/xml, rest/json, jdbc & sap adapters, filepoling, sftp, EDI, TN.
Coordinated the delivery of quality artifacts across multiple projects in a timely manner.
Complete estimates and work plans with the assistance of more senior team members as appropriate for design, development, implementation and rollout tasks.
Assist other personnel on assignments including mentoring or providing on-the-job training to more junior associates.
Independent thinker that can identify problems and provide creative solutions.
Client facing communication skills
Write, modify, integrate and test software code, Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions, Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software, Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications, Research and evaluate a variety of software products, Program special effects software for film and video applications, Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications
