Looking for a caring and compassionate Home Support Worker for our 5 year old son with special needs.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work site environment:Non-smoking
Weight handling:Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment, Work in employer’s/client’s home

Experience with special needs children
Assistance with mobility

Tasks:
Administer bedside and personal care, Administer medications, Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, Assist in regular exercise, Assume full responsibility for household (in absence of parents), Feed or assist in feeding, Provide personal care, Bathe, clothing and diaper change 3-4x a day, Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods
