Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for an Administrative and Liaison Officer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will utilize his/her experience in administering projects and polices to ensure the vision and mission of the company is met.

We are looking for a hard-working professional who can help us achieve more by developing and implementing the best possible strategies as we navigate the new normal!

  • Overseeing office administrative procedures such as client intake, document filing, data entry, and implementing new procedures that are aimed at improving overall efficiency
  • Implementing work priorities and flow by delegating work to office support staff and ensure targets are met accordingly
  • Administering workflow upon completion of meeting by completing or delegating related tasks or delegating them to another administrative team member
  • In case of out-of-town conventions, plan and coordinate schedules, accommodations, and other travel-related plans
  • Responsible for all upkeeping of all client files and ensure that they are maintained in an organized manner

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and liaising coordination, supervision, preferably in legal or corporate setting;
  • Excellent understanding of various types of effective administrative and business procedures;
  • Excellent experience in liaising with different parties, including those overseas;
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suites;
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills with clear, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Knowledge of other languages will be considered as a great asset

Compensation

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • $40,500.00 annual at 30 hours per week
  • Overtime may apply if work exceeds 44 hours per week – schedule will be discussed
  • Location of work: 1600 Steeles Avenue W, Unit #412, Vaughan, ON L4K 4M2
