Job Overview
The position requires you to perform the following duties and responsibilities in a professional manner:
- Establish the company’s strategic direction and build up its operations
- Prepare restaurant policies according to Bar B.Q. Tonight’s global policies and local regulations
- Design menus and develop new menu items
- Source and approve suppliers
- Set-up the restaurant from the ground up
- Assess potential locations
- Oversee restaurant’s management team
- Design restaurant and kitchen layout
- Choose the restaurant equipment
- Train new staff
- Monitor finances
- Operate as the Company’s Executive Chef, if and when needed
