Chief Executive Officer

The position requires you to perform the following duties and responsibilities in a professional manner:

• Establish the company’s strategic direction and build up its operations
• Prepare restaurant policies according to Bar B.Q. Tonight’s global policies and local regulations
• Design menus and develop new menu items
• Source and approve suppliers
• Set-up the restaurant from the ground up
• Assess potential locations
• Oversee restaurant’s management team
• Design restaurant and kitchen layout
• Choose the restaurant equipment
• Train new staff
• Monitor finances
• Operate as the Company’s Executive Chef, if and when needed
