Position Available:
We are looking to add a full-time draftsperson for architectural/construction drawings to our professional team of designers. The details for the position are as mentioned below:

| Salary: | $35.00 per hour–The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions. |
| Vacation: | 4% of the gross salary |
| Hours of Work: | 32-40 Hours a week |
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
- Draft and model pre-construction drawings using Autodesk Revit-Architecture and Sketch-up
- Establish design requirements by consulting with the Project managers and/or architects
- Makes changes to the designs as requested by the authorities to obtain permits
- Assist in in material requisition, costing for subcontractors or end clients
- Provide design support to the construction teams as requested with drawings and codes
Desired skills and requirements
- Minimum one-year experience working with architectural/construction drawings
- Must have proficiency with the software: Autodesk Revit
- Certification in a related engineering design software or drafting technology an asset
- College level diploma in Civil Engineering, drafting techniques or related discipline is required
- Team oriented individual with demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and self-directed.
