Grain Accounting Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

1. Monitor inward shipment in transit and coordinate with suppliers and brokers.
2. Ensure supplier compliance to all terms.
3. Enter grain receipts and track purchase invoices.
4. Track railcar status perform daily inventory movement and accrue for costs related to inventory transfer.
5. Coordinate supplier payments based on priority.
6. Prepare the vendor aging report and analyze outstanding invoices.
7. Submit reports as required by Pulse Growers and the Canada Grain Commission.

Position Requirements:

1. You have obtained a degree / diploma in accounting.
2. You have a minimum of 2-years full-time working experience in a junior accounting role.
3. You have a working knowledge of MS Office programs.
4. Attention to detail, organize, analyzing information and data entry skills.
5. Previous experience in a multi-company environment is an asset.
6. Previous experience in Prosoft & Microsoft Dynamic ERP systems is an asset.
