Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze budgets to improve and maintain the restaurant’s profitability.
• Develop operating budgets for food, ingredients, beverages, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Evaluate and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Review and modify food preparation methods and menu pricing based on operational and budgetary requirements.
• Monitor revenues and labour costs to maximize operational efficiency.
• Supervise and support restaurant staff in the performance of their duties.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Train employees on operational procedures, customer service, food safety, and workplace policies.
• Balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and maintain related financial records.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to restaurant employees.
• Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive dining experience.
