Wages:      $41.00/hour | 40 hours per week
Full-Time | Permanent | Flexible Shifts (Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend)
On-Site Position | Start Immediately

We are a leading Filipino cuisine restaurant in Toronto, known for delivering authentic flavors, exceptional service, and memorable dining experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive continued success at our Toronto location.

What You’ll Do:

As our Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure our restaurant runs efficiently and profitably. Your leadership will directly impact staff performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage budgets to maintain and boost profits

• Evaluate and optimize daily operations

• Adjust menu pricing and food preparation methods to meet budget goals

• Monitor revenues and control labour costs

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of 20+ staff

• Conduct performance reviews and lead team development

• Organize inventory and negotiate with suppliers

• Ensure compliance with provincial liquor laws and health & safety regulations

• Manage events and catering arrangements

• Handle customer concerns with professionalism

• Balance cash, complete reports, and maintain financial accuracy

• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach

What You Bring:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Food & Beverage Server Trade Certification

• Smart Serve Certification

• Safe Food Handling & Food Safety Certificates

• Experience not required – we will train the right candidate!

• Strong knowledge of POS systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and electronic cash registers

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Client-focused mindset with proven dependability and flexibility

• Language: Filipino speaking is an asset
