JOB OPENING
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support our distribution and logistics operations. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of automotive parts and accessories.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Supervise, plan, assign, and review the work of warehouse staff engaged in the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of automotive parts and accessories
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and dispatching
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
- Oversee the proper handling and storage of automotive parts to prevent damage or loss
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and operational procedures
- Resolve operational issues such as inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and workflow inefficiencies
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams to support smooth operations
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and systems
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of secondary school is required
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within warehouse operations or logistics in an automotive parts or comparable distribution environment, including the handling, storage, and fulfillment of automotive components
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking systems, and order processing software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Good English language skills
WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent, full-time position – minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
- $36.00 per hour
- Comprehensive group benefits package, including health and dental coverage
