At this time, we are looking to hire a professional Recruiter on a full-time, permanent position to assist the company in developing and implementing effective recruitment activities aimed at strengthening our organizational structure.

 

  • Oversee the overall full cycle recruitment including publishing of job postings on career pages, job boards and social media, identifying qualified applicants, screening resumes and job applications, sourcing and contacting candidates online;
  • Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for applicants;
  • Coordinate and participate in the selection process of applicants and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires;
  • Notify clients on results of selection process and prepare job offers;
  • Liaise with applicants to prepare for interviews with clients;
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment;
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedure;
  • Maintain an accurate records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations;
  • Research and actively source to build diverse candidate pipelines and manage a portfolio of high-potential candidates for future job opportunities;

 

Required Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

 

  • College Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, commerce, or related field;
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience working in the Human Resources field as a Recruiter or in a similar capacity;
  • Proficiency with various computer systems and software programs including database management and applicant tracking system (e.g., Just Recruit)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and procedures;
  • Ability to resolve requests, situations and underwriting or business-related issues effectively with increased complexities, timeliness and importance
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of customers in a clear, concise and effective manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 

Compensation and Conditions:

 

  • $50,000.00 annual salary for minimum of 30-hours work week,
  • Overtime pay of $48.07 will apply after 44 hours of work per week,
  • Permanent, full-time position,
  • Location of work: 4989 Ninth Line, Erin, ON L7G 4S8
