The team at WooW Canada Immigration is looking for an Immigration Consultant with or without previous experience who is proud to work independently and within a team, who thrives to help clients to succeed in their immigration journey, who is ready to grow and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Licensed RCIC
• Able to process different visa types applications;
• Education: Paralegal education/Immigration Consultant Certificate;
• RCIC licensed
• An individual who demonstrates a sound knowledge of the eligibility requirements and criteria for permanent and temporary immigration programs;
• The ability to think constructively and outside the box to provide prospective clients with all possible options for their situation;
• Strong ability to listen, empathize and connect with prospective clients;
• Strong attention to details and excellent customer service skills;
• Possess excellent organizational skills and has the ability to work in fast-paced, high volume environment;

Responsibilities:

• EE applications;
• Temporary resident applications (SP,s TRVs, WPs, OWPs, PGWPs, etc.)
• Sponsorship applications
• H&C applications
• OINP applications & various other PNP applications
• LMIA applications, job advertisement processing
• STRONG drafting skills: Submission letters, additional requests
• Submission of appropriate applications to relevant government agencies
• Requesting and reviewing documentation
• Submit, monitor, track and report on all filed applications
• Mining the client’s file for information and following up on outstanding information
• Conducting research of government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents/immigration forms are being used
• Compiling all documents required for submission
• Timely and effective processing

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Salary:

• 40,000 – 50,000 per annum
