At this time, we are looking to hire a professional Sales Supervisor for a full-time, permanent position. This is a very rewarding position and you would be part of a team of energetic people!
As Retail Sales Supervisor, your duties and responsibilities are:
• Under the supervision of Operation Manager, supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of shift staff
- Weekly estimating and ordering of materials and supplies required, including those for special requests
- Responsible for establishing and implementing work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff and ensure they understand their job duties and company’s standards for sanitation and safety procedures
• Attend to immediate customers’ needs/complaints as requested by team members, if necessary
• High-school diploma is required
• At least 1-less than 2 years of experience as Shift Supervisor
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What we offer:
• $21.00 per hour for 35 hours of work per week
• Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week
• Permanent, full-time position
• Location of work: 8111 Jane Street, Unit #8, Concord, ON, L4K 4L7
