ATM Maintenance-Servicer

The following opportunity is currently available: ATM Maintenance-Servicer

The ideal candidate will have the drive to learn and excel in the field – we are looking for someone who has excellent experience in maintaining and servicing different ATMs with minimal supervision.

Job Duties:

• Using equipment manuals and approved tools, install, maintain and repair ATM machines on-site and across the Greater Toronto Area
• Inspect and test electronic components of ATM machines and ensure that they are performing as per company’s highest standards
• Perform regular diagnosis of faulty equipment and replace components as per approved specifications
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective machine adjustments to determine and isolate issues
• Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults
• Keep track of work orders and ticket reports and submit post-service write-up to management
• May assist in overseeing other servicers, if needed

Requirements:

• 5-3 years of experience in maintaining and servicing ATMs
• Highschool diploma with some courses in electronic servicing – diploma preferred
• Good English language skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision

Compensation:

• This is a full-time, permanent position – at least 30 – 35 hours per week
• Hourly rate of $27.50, overtime rate of $36.75 applies after 44 hours of work per week
• Work Location: 120 Woodstream Blvd., Unit 17, Woodbridge, ON, L4L 1L3
