About the Job
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and responsible Home Support Worker to provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and household assistance to an adult/elderly client in a private home.
No previous experience is required — training will be provided.
What You’ll Do:Provide personal and bedside care
Assist with bathing and personal hygiene
Support regular exercise, including walking
Assist the client with water/pool activities
Provide companionship and support
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Cook and shop for food and household supplies
Launder clothing and household linens
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning
Assist with daily activities and personal care
What We’re Looking For:
Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience
English communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Honest and dependable
Client-focused and compassionate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and flexible
Able to use initiative and good judgment
Comfortable with sitting, standing, and walking
Work Environment
On-site work in the employer’s/client’s home
Non-smoking environment
No remote work
Optional live-in accommodation available at no charge
