Salary: | $22.00 per hour–The gross salary paid will be subject to all applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions. |

Vacation: | 4 % of the gross salary |
Hours of Work: | 35.00-44.00 Hours a week. Overtime applicable at the rate of 1.5 after 44 hours of work per week |
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
- General Office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, scheduling appointments/calendar establishments, answering phone calls and emails
- Act as a first line of contact for the customers, answer generic inquires, take messages, book appointments and convey further. Composing and distributing routine correspondence
- Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
- Respond to changes in appointments and communicate them to the trainers/clients
- Understand, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, provincial, and local transportation regulations which may impact the business operations
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for in class training
- Order office stationery, postage & supplies as required
- Prepare invoices/receipts for the customers
- Carry out other administrative activities associated with daily routine work
Specific Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative position is required
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Intermediate written, verbal communications skills in English Language is required
- Experience working with MS Office suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
