As a  Project Manager, your key responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Lead the planning, organization, and management of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) operations;
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to optimize electronic data processing and drive the development of cutting-edge systems;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their system requirements, specifications, and timelines, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions;
  • Build and oversee teams of skilled information systems personnel to design, develop, and administer computer software, networks, and information systems tailored to client needs;
  • Manage project budgets and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation and project success;
  • Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team of computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel, fostering their professional growth and development;

Requirements:

  • Completion of a college diploma;
  • At least 2+ years of proven experience in project management within the eCommerce or technology industry;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive project success;
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs;
  • Financial acumen to manage project budgets and expenditures effectively;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in eCommerce technology and information systems;
  • Good English Language Skills
  • Availability to travel and willingness to be assigned to different clients across Canada are required as we work with clients with different technical requirements.

Compensation:

  • Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 30 weekly work hours;
  • The remuneration will be set at CAD$97,000.00 per year;
  • Occasional overtime may be required for meeting critical deadlines. Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week and will be remunerated at one and a half time the regular pay rate
  • All travel-related expenses will be paid by the company.
