Duration/Type: Full Time
Location: 8975 McLaughlin Rd S, Unit 6, Brampton, ON L6Y 0Z6, Canada
Salary: $37.50 per hour; The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions such as EI and CPP.
Vacation: 4% of the gross salary
Hours of Work: 30-35 Hours a week. Overtime rate (X1.5) applicable after 44 hours of work per week

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate listings, agent services, and the brokerage’s brand presence in the local market.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of property marketing materials such as feature sheets, listing brochures, online ads, and signage.
  • Manage and update digital platforms including property listings and social media channels.
  • Assist real estate agents with marketing campaigns for new listings, open houses, and property launches.
  • Conduct market research to track local real estate trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences.
  • Prepare marketing reports and track performance metrics for online campaigns, listings, and lead generation efforts.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, virtual tours, and staging services for property listings.
  • Support branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and agent materials.
  • Organize and promote open houses, client events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing inventory including signage, promotional materials, and digital assets.

Employment Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising & promotions in the real estate industry or property marketing is required.
  • Experience with content creation, campaign coordination, and brand promotion is required.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding strategies, and consumer behavior, particularly within the real estate sector, is required.
  • Moderate written and verbal communication skills in English language.
  • A college diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
