Here’s what you’ll be doing

• Utilizing project management methodologies for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing out objectives;
• Delivering precise and timely updates, information, data and reports regarding the project’s condition, ongoing tasks, and overall performance;
• Assisting in overseeing and handling potential project risks;
• Aiding the squad/team and technical systems analyst in gathering and handling stakeholder expectations and needs;
• Applying communication, analytical, and issue-solving abilities to engage effectively with individuals at various levels within the company;
• Resolving any roadblocks to support the squad/team in achieving peak performance.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Post-secondary degree, preferably in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering or in a related field;
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management;
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion;
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies;
• Ability to plan, execute and complete high quality work on deadline;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Experience in a fast-paced, energetic team and interacting professionally with a variety of stakeholders;
• Diligent, conscientious and reliable;
• Availability for occasional work outside of office hours.

Here’s what we provide:

• Annual salary of $115,050 for at least 40 hours of work per week, overtime rate applies after 44 hours of work per week;
• Permanent, full-time position
