FV Foods Lawrence is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager for its Scarborough location.

📍 Location: Scarborough, Ontario M1R 2Z4
💰 Wage: $37.00 per hour
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week
💼 Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

📅 Start Date: As soon as possible

QUALIFICATIONS

✓ Bachelor’s degree
✓ 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience
✓ English required
✓ Tagalog is an asset
✓ Previous restaurant management or comparable supervisory experience
✓ Strong leadership and organizational abilities
✓ Excellent communication and customer-service skills
✓ Ability to supervise and lead a team of approximately 16–20 employees
✓ Knowledge of POS systems, electronic cash registers and Microsoft Office applications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing and evaluating daily restaurant operations; managing budgets, revenues and labour costs; supervising and training employees; recruiting staff and preparing schedules; conducting performance reviews; maintaining inventory; negotiating with suppliers; ensuring health and safety requirements are followed; addressing customer concerns; managing catering and events; and participating in marketing initiatives.
