We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join at our Mississauga location. Below are the details and prerequisites to apply for the position:

| Salary: | $75,000 per annum– to be paid on semi-monthly basis. The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions. |
| Other Benefits | Optional Group insurance benefits including medical, dental, eyecare coverage on cost sharing basis |
| Vacation: | 4% of gross salary amount |
| Hours of Work: | 32.5 hours a week. |
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and control the operations of the manufacturing and operations
- Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets
- Allocate budgets for the department
- Responsible to develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials
- Implement new methods to improve productivity and attain maximum outputs from the employees in the department
- Develop and direct production reporting process, implement quality control methods
- Responsible to hire new employees in the department and oversee the training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
Employment Requirements
- Completion of a college or university program in engineering or business administration or related discipline is required.
- 3-4 years of administration experience in the manufacturing/production or repair facility is required.
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English is required in order to communicate with the end clients and to deal with all level of employees.
