The following opportunity is available:

 

Administrative and Business Services Officer 

The ideal candidate will have years of experience in administrative, liaising, and business operations in the administrative and business services in a corporate setting. You would be required to work with different team members in ensuring our administrative procedures are handled accordingly.

 

  • Oversee and co-ordinate administrative requirements, and review, evaluate and implement new procedures, including all related paper works, business enquiries, customer database, product fulfillment, and quality management
  • Implement project priorities and ensure appropriate delegation of work and meeting of deadlines
  • Use various computer software products, including house ERP system and Wilcom E3 software for maintaining and producing administrative patterns for productions
  • Advise management on matters requiring attention and administer procedures aimed at implementing effective policies
  • Analyze available information and evaluate results to choose the best administrative solutions to solve problems from within the operations
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize work of other support staff
  • Liaise with stakeholder regarding IT infrastructure upgrade
  • Maintain databases and records of suppliers, customers and key contact persons of the business
  • Maintain healthy working relationship with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative and business services in a corporate setting
  • Excellent knowledge in business consulting and management;
  • Good English language skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

 

Compensation:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position with at least 30 hours of work per week
  • Annual rate of $41,000.00, overtime rate applies after 44 hours of work per week
  • Medical, Dental, and Disability benefits
  • Work Location: 290 N Queen St, Unit 224, Toronto, Ontario, M9C 5L2 (Ability to work from home)
