Job Title: Consultant, Professional Services
Job Duties:
- Assist with installing and configuring software
- Assist with building databases, and writing and testing calculations
- Extract, transform and load data into databases and applications
- Verify data loaded into databases
- Build and test templates and reports
- Document and communicate project status regularly to the project management
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and responsive manner
- Escalate customer issues that are unresolved to the project management
- Build and foster strong client relationships during the implementation; gaining credibility and trust
- Assist other departments on as needed basis including performing software quality assurance and product support tasks
- Provide detailed training and support to both internal groups and to Delbridge clients
- Create and maintain learning paths for customers and internal classes
Job Requirements:
- College Diploma in Information Technology/Business Management or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Database analysis in corporate performance management and data analysis industry
- Excellent understanding of sales performance management, data privacy compliance, data analytics
- Experience working with: Python (API, ETL), MS SQL server, Data warehousing, Database design, Data workload optimization, Data modeling, NoSQL (CosmosDB), Machine Learning, Git
- Good English language skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary of $62,800.00 for at least 30 hours of work per week
- Full-time, permanent position
