Job Duties
- Operate and drive ready-mix concrete trucks to transport concrete to various construction sites
- Deliver concrete safely and efficiently in accordance with scheduled timelines
- Operate mixing controls and ensure proper consistency during transport and discharge
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment
- Ensure safe and proper unloading of concrete at job sites
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, load tickets, and inspection reports
- Communicate with dispatch and site personnel to coordinate deliveries
- Follow all safety procedures and transportation regulations
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the mixer truck
Job Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license
- Clean driving record and driver’s abstract
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating heavy trucks
- Experience operating ready-mix concrete trucks is a strong asset
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
Employment Conditions
- Work is primarily outdoors and on active construction sites
- Early morning starts, overtime, and weekend work may be required
- Extended periods of driving and operating heavy equipment
